Nomad Photo Kit produces photos that aim to meet published official requirements and provides a compliance report to help you self-check. We cannot guarantee that any government, consulate, or authority will accept a photo produced with this tool. Requirements change and are interpreted differently by different consulates. You are responsible for confirming the current requirements against the official source before submitting.
Acceptable use
Use the tool only on photos of yourself or of someone who has authorised you. Do not use it to misrepresent identity or to create fraudulent documents.
Refunds
If a photo you paid for is genuinely non-compliant with the spec we advertised for that country, we will regenerate it or refund the purchase. This does not cover a photo that met the spec but was declined for other reasons by an authority.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for rejected applications, missed deadlines, application fees, or other losses arising from use of the tool.
