Your photos stay on your device
The visa-photo compliance pipeline — face detection, background removal, cropping and all quality checks — runs entirely in your browser. When you check a photo for compliance, the image is not uploaded to our servers. It is processed locally and discarded when you leave the page.
Biometric data
To measure compliance we compute facial geometry (eye position, head size, pose) from your photo in your browser. These measurements are used only to produce your compliance report and are not stored or transmitted by us. We do not build face templates for identification and do not share facial data with third parties.
What we do collect
If and when you create an account or make a purchase, we will collect the minimum needed to provide the service (e.g. email, payment confirmation via our payment processor). Model files needed for in-browser processing are loaded from third-party content-delivery networks. We will update this policy before enabling any analytics.
Your rights
You can request access to, export of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Because photo processing is local, there is normally no photo data on our side to delete. Contact us to exercise any GDPR/CCPA rights.
